Ettumanoorappan college is a pioneering self-financing co-educational college affiliated to Mahatma Gandhi University. The founder president of the college is the Late Mr. N Ramakrishna Pillai (Retd. Head Master). The college was established in 1995 and it is owned by the Ettumanoor Education Society, which is registered under the Charitable Societies Act 1985.
Ettumanoorappan College is run under the patronage of Sri. R Ramachandran Nair IAS (Retd. Chief Secretary), who is an efficient administrator, an eminent write, a veteran academician and a versatile genius. He is the President of the Ettumanoor Education Society. Sri. A. R Thulasidas is the Secretary and Smt. Lakshmi R. Nair is the Treasurer of the society.

Administrative Office Services
The routine office transactions such as the Admission, issue and maintenance of certificates, records, daily accounts are done through the office. The office is open for the public from 9.00am to 4.00pm from Monday to Friday and 9.00am to 1.00pm on Saturday, except on holidays.
All financial transactions are to be done through Indian Overseas Bank.

The college is located at Choorakulangara, approximately 1.5 km north of Ettumanoor town. Ettumanoor lies about 11 km north of Kottayam, with the Main Central Road (State Highway 1) passing through it. The campus is situated nearly 400 meters west of Thavalakuzhy Junction along the MC Road.
