PG Admission

Admission procedure is as per the rules and regulations of Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam. 50% of the seats of PG and UG courses are filled by the University through the Centralized Allotment Process (CAP) and the remaining seats by the management.

Admission/ Allotment of seats under Merit Quota is governed by a Centralized Allotment Process(CAP). Selection/ Allotment of a candidate to the college will be based on the rank of the candidate and the availability of seats. The prospectus on Centralized Allotment Process will be available in the portal:cap.mgu.ac.in.

Admission/Allotment of seats under Management Quota can be reserved by students as early as possible by downloading and submitting the filled application form to the college office directly or by post. Students applying for management seats must also apply in the Mahatma Gandhi University CAP as and when it is available.

• The application form can be downloaded from the College website.
• Separate application forms has to be used for merit and management seats
• Application fee is Rs. 200/-
• Application fee has to be remitted online using the link ‘Online Fee Payment’ provided in the website
• A copy of e-receipt should be submitted to the office along with the filled application form at the time of admission
• Application fee once remitted shall not be refunded under any circumstances.
• Admission to management seats will be made by the Management.
• Candidates awaiting results of the qualifying examination are also eligible to apply. However, admission process can be completed only after the submission of result of the qualifying examination.
