Activities

The department takes initiative for overall development of students and gives them practical orientation to inculcate employability skills which will help them to face this competitive world. Our department association (COMMERCIO) continuously provides all assistance for encouraging our students for their enhancement.

    As part of our association we had conducted many programmes for the improvement of curricular and extracurricular activities of students. The best achievement of our association was our news channel “Ettumanoorappan college varthakal”. Our students participated in university youth festival and many intercollegiate fests organized by various colleges and won prizes. Our students had showed their talents in sports too. They are engaged in various charitable activities also. The department faculties are actively participated in NAAC Accredition process. Our department providing career guidance programmes to UG & PG students.

At the end of 2019 we had stepped into a new world of visual teaching and learning programme. We introduced a smart class room. This smart technologies help teachers to move away from ‘chalk and talk’ lectures to more student friendly participatory learning sessions.
