Department of Library and Information Science

The Department of library and information science started BLISc course in 2003 with 29 students and 3 faculty members. Admission to this course is according to the rules and regulations of  M.G University. The eligibility criteria required for this one year course is a minimum of 45% marks in any of the bachelor degree and candidates belonging to SC/ST category require only 40% marks. .Facilities have been provided in the lab & library for the students. Seminar classes , library visit and study tours are being organized every year.
