Shinto is keen on transforming communities and societies for the betterment of humanity. He is industrious and is enthusiastic in Corporate Social responsibilities and entrepreneurship. His strategies involve students to take up more interest in the area of social advocacy, research and policy making. He has a Master’s degree in Social Work from SB college Changanacherry. He has also completed a Master’s in Sociology.
